Shipping and Return Policy

  • Shipping & Returns.
      1. Freight Claim Policy Upon receipt of your order please be sure to inspect boxes carefully and note any immediately observed damage to the driver. If items are damaged do not discard boxes. All freight claims must be reported to Aries Blinds within 10 days of the original delivery date.
  • Shipping Fees for Non-Contiguous States.
      1. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii…The estimated cost for ground shipping to Alaska is $30 per blind. 2-day service to Alaska is estimated at $60 per blind, and 1-day service is estimated at $90 per blind. The estimated cost for ground shipping to Hawaii is $50 per blind, 2-day service to Hawaii is estimated at $100 per blind, and 1-day service is estimated at $150 per blind. Because we need to obtain your approval before confirming these charges, orders will be held until we have that approval.   • Changing Your Order.
      1. All products are made to order and production normally begins the day after an order is placed. Therefore we are happy to change or cancel orders as long as we are contacted within one (1) business day (Monday-Friday) from the date the order was submitted to us. Orders that are changed or canceled after one business day may incur additional charges. Please contact a customer service representative at 7863667404 or email us at ariesblinds@aol.com if you wish to cancel or change your order.
  • Time of Completion.
      1. Aries Blinds makes every effort to provide a quality product in a reasonable time. There are however, delays from suppliers availability of material and shipping. Due to these unforeseen delays, Aries Blinds accepts no responsibility for such delays and cannot be held liable for estimated dates of completion. Production times for each product vary but typical production times are 5 to 10 business days. Aries Blinds will not be held responsible for any charges incurred for customers scheduling appointments for delivery of window coverings with delivery company or for appointments with installation companies. In the event the customer incurs any fees for installation caused by items on back order or delays due to the shipping company. Aries Blinds will not be held responsible.
